Retired CHSAA Commissioner Paul Angelico Joins Kadet Legacy Association Founders’ Board

Kadet Legacy Association and Air Academy High School are honored to announce that Paul Angelico, retired Commissioner for the Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA) and former Air Academy High School teacher, has joined our Kadet Legacy Association Founders' Board. he Kadet Community to our 60th Anniversary Celebration and our long term plans for the Kadet Legacy Association," said Air Academy High School Principal Dan Olson.

"I am truly honored to be a part of this group because of the educational excellence Air Academy High School has provided for 60 years," said Angelico. "Air Academy is a special place and has been to so many."

An educator for 40 years, Angelico joined CHSAA in 1990 and served as Commissioner from 2010 to 2017. Under his leadership, CHSAA expanded its reputation as a national leader in interscholastic athletics. Many Kadets remember Angelico from his years at Air Academy as Activities Director/Business Manager, Student Council Advisor, and Coach from 1979 to 1989. Angelico received the Air Academy High School Principal's Award three times.
